I founded Redlane to redefine what leadership support could be. Not consulting. Not coaching. Something deeper, more precise, and more necessary: Strategic Intelligence—the discipline of decoding and designing the architectures that govern how leaders and organizations think, decide, and move.

For years, I watched organizations lose momentum not because they lacked strategy, but because they lacked clarity—identity, behavioral, relational. Traditional consulting treats leadership as a variable to work around. I built Redlane to treat leadership as the architecture everything else depends on.
