    About the Role

    Redlane Strategy Group is seeking a part‑time Business Development Architect to support dual‑market growth across the DMV (federal + state govcon) and Atlanta (corporate + state). This role focuses on relationship‑driven outreach, opportunity identification, and strategic support for Redlane’s boutique consulting practice.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue opportunities in DMV govcon and Atlanta corporate/state markets

    • Conduct outreach, research, and relationship‑building

    • Track leads and maintain a light CRM rhythm

    • Support proposals, capability statements, and follow‑up

    • Submit a weekly activity report summarizing outreach and insights

    Qualifications

    • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

    • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Oracle)

    • Access to a computer and cell phone for calls and research

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite

    • Comfort navigating corporate and government‑adjacent environments

    • High emotional intelligence and self‑direction
